Carl will give insight into mitigating your risks when inviting visitors onto your land. He will explain civil and criminal law and the differences, how to put in place ‘reasonable adjustments that are suitable and sufficient’ as the law requires. This session allows safety to enable activities and events as opposed to stopping them.  

Carl has worked on the Olympics and Commonwealth Games and has hosted safety for countless events big and most importantly small! Carl will be taking questions during the session. You will leave with signposting to allow your business to thrive and you to enjoy!
