CSX empower land owners to obtain a fair financial return from new BNG planning requirements on developers. Trading land owners’ BNG units with cost effective and repeatable monitoring systems in place.  CSX deliver this service through the use of high resolution RGB drone surveys across the whole of a proposed BNG project.  This assessment and monitoring system covers the whole area at less than 1cm Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) resolution, with audit and quality control quadrat images at 0.05cm GSD.  This captures data on species type, extent and condition that provides the 30 year monitoring and audit trail without subjectivity.
