Austen Hempstead is a sales trainer, coach and speaker who believes “selling is a skill.”

He began his sales journey at just 20, working as a self-employed salesperson. By 33, he’d built a business employing 150 salespeople across 15 offices, each with managers and administrative teams. After selling his second business in 2007, Austen took time out to focus on charity work, family, and tennis, but by 2010 he was back doing what he loves: helping others sell more effectively. Today he runs his own training company, offering 1-to-1 coaching, group workshops and corporate training that emphasises practical sales skills, mindset, communication and integrity.
