Following a 12 year career in marketing an branding across household names in conservation, charity and finance brands, Clare partnered her co-director in the family run specialist research agency, Grounded Research in 2020. She led the business direction from 2022 with a new team, service offering and approach, as her co-director took a step back. The business is one of the only research agencies to operate the length of the supply chain, from grower to consumer, delivering insight led trends and behavioural analysis in the food and drink and agriculture sectors. Under Clare’s leadership, Grounded Research now has its own independent consumer panel as well as an independent farmer panel and offers a full suite of research services in the sector. Grounded Research works with start-up innovation brands looking to launch, through to the biggest names in food supply, public sector, agriculture and retail.
