Matthew is a Land Use Policy Adviser at the CLA, leading nationally on water resources, flooding, water quality, carbon markets, and land-related aspects of climate mitigation and adaptation. Prior to joining the CLA in 2022, Matthew read Geography at the University of Oxford and volunteered at the Oxford Climate Society.
