Terry Finch is the Technical Director for Agri-Environment at ADAS. She has over 28 years’ experience in the agricultural industry and specialises in advising farmers on suitable land management options, sustainable farming incentives, landscape, and local nature recovery and regenerative agricultural practices. She enjoys working with farmers and landowners to help them deliver agri-environmental schemes particularly around air and water quality, as well as advising on the potential for natural flood management. During her career, Terry has also overseen multiple environmental and rural development schemes, providing guidance, training, and consultancy services.
